By using my cane attached to the scoot with a cat collar. I am able to hang all three tote bags from the cane by using
the Think-King Buggy Hooks and some No-Slip Grip-Clips. Using the latching hook in the back and the buggy hook in the front of the tip of my cane I can attach my largest tote (using my purse for this demonstration) and it helps hold the tote open, yet secure.
I then can hang a smaller tote off each side of the cane using one hook each.
I am impressed that the scoot can carry me, 3 full totes and pull a full TrollyBasket. I don't know what I would do without it.
As a bonus you can fold and unfold the scoot leaving the cane attached.
I can't imagine not having my Think-King accessories. You're certainly making the most of yours. Thanks for the post!
ReplyDeleteHi Elizabeth,
ReplyDeleteProud new owner of a Travelscoot! Trying to decide on accessories: Do you have any preference between the Think King buggy hook and the no-slip grip? Are there any differences besides the hook?
Also, thinking of getting a basket, but I have to secure my cane horizontally (so it goes under the seat, with the handle/grip in the "holder" part). I'm afraid that a basket with prevent me from using the cane holder, but can't tell for sure. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!
Joanne
Congratulations on your new scoot! I use the Think King hooks, but the no-slip grip ones are good too. We each have different needs with our scoots, and sometimes you don't even know at first what your needs will be. You might want to get one of each. As for the basket interfering with the cane holder, I don't know. Hopefully someone else will jump in and answer that part.
