Scoot came today at 3pm. What a LOOOOOONG afternoon. We
assembled him with care. The only problem we had was finding the tools in
the bag. They were hidden quite well. My first spin was down the
street for a ways. I looked at the neighbor's driveway with caution.
It is steeply sloped. I tried....I succeeded!! After that feat, we
loaded up and went to Super Target to experiment. This was a perfect
afternoon to try. The store wasn't very busy. Up and down the aisled
we went. I even fit in the aisles of the $1 spot. I think every
child 6 and over was amazed..."look at that little bike!" While my
husband checked out I went outside and ran some lengths of the sidewalk. I
had a blast with the wind in my hair. All the while I was singing in my
mind..."get your motors running..head out on the highway." Guess it's
motorcycle mama for me.

Georgia's First Adventure
This graphic shows how I feel when I'm on my scoot. Thanks to Cynth for the first version of the design. I'll bet this is how Georgia felt too. Her scooter arrived today and she already had her first adventure. Here's what she had to say...

Born to be wild, born to be wild.
Get your motor running, head out on the highway...
(I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight because this song is going to be stuck in my head. I guess it just became our theme song!)

Yes, you may use the graphic other places on the net. This applies to everyone viewing my blog, but use it only for goodness and joy, or the scooter goddesses will be angry.
ReplyDeleteIf you click on the graphic you'll get a larger version. If you need something higher resolution (for printing purposes), send me an email -- elizabeth@ifisher.com.
Lynn Ellen, the first version was one Cynth drew. She's darling too. I'll post her.
